As nice as it is to see students offered more choices through Brainerd High School’s career and technical education wing, Central Lakes College’s meat cutting program or Pillager High School’s ProStart culinary program, just to name a few, these educational opportunities will also, hopefully, fill a need reversing workforce shortages in industries most in need.
