A group of protesters walked the streets of denison, iowa today. At the heart of the protest are lewd images allegedly created on a computer by t t citys police chief. sheila ktivs tommie clark has the story. Indirectly involved with the matter, says there was information on the chiefs computer that departments shared drive. The mayor investigated the allegations that were raised by ohl and determined that disciplinary action was appropriate with regard to the chief. He administred that discipline in accordance with the policy of the city and the city considers this matter closed, said denison City Attorney, franck. The City Attorney cant say what that disciplinary action was. Mayor oncamera due to legal liabilities, but he said he believes the city used correct protocol and he does not agree with what the chiefofpolicicdid. But, ohl says emswiler was written up. Finding homes for his 18 dogs. Twelve of the dogs are now at the shelter. The Humane Society says the man took very good care of and loved all his dogs. These were dogs that he rescued. These were stray dogs, abandoned dogs, or dogs that nobody wanted,said kelly erie, assistant shelter manager.
