Forced the victim to her own car where he d to several atms in the pike creek area and ordered her tothdraw an u of money. The was able to escape and call 911. Detectives are investigating the kidnapping and believe it is the same suspect who committed the kidnapping at the top of the Hill Apartments on february 13th. Reporter last monday the victim was taken from the park lot at the top of the Hill Apartments in north wilmington. She, too was forced to do her own into her own car taken to an atm and ordered tocash. The suspect struck her ie sexual contact. She was released back at the complex. As an agency our primary focus r to identify and arrest the suspect who is responsible for these incidents. Reporter now police do believe these attacks are random. The suspect kept that that mask on the entire time in both incidents. The victims noted he had a distinct accent and throughout these ordeals talked to himself about his intentions and plans. This is the ramp in West Conshohocken from the blue route northbound to the schuylkill westbound. I showed you this even before Police Arrived on the scene. Now weve got chopper to show us. We have police here set up flares. Weaver seeing traffic is squeezing by on this ramp at this point and were hearing that the tractortrailer was empty. The driver was not injured according to state police. There you see all the flares set up as traffic kind of squeezes by. Right now weve got pretty light volume. If this is still out here in an hour or so you know here in West Conshohocken this is going to be a mess on the ramp fro
