Welcome back to mornings on 2. Monday, october 28 im dave clark. Thank you for joining us. The kincaid fire racing across Sonoma County expanding so quickly that it is back to dust 5 contained. It has burned nearly 85 mi. 2 since it started on wednesday. It is now threatening to cross saddle ridge into napa county. Cal fire reports 90 for buildings include more than 30 homes destroyed. Nearly 80,000 more structures, homes and businesses threatened this morning. Cal fire says 200,000 people live in order to evacuate. We want to show you this map. The dark red areas aborted by a bright red by the top of the screen is where the kincaid fire is burning. The light lavender sections on the map are the mandatory evacuation zones. County Officials Say nearly half of the people who live in Sonoma County have been ordered to evacuate. Sara zendehnam begins live coverage. Sarah is at a golf course east of windsor. Hubbard Chamber Banquet Planned For This Saturday The Greater Hubbard Chamber of Commerce will hold its annual awards banquet Saturday, May 8, in the Haralson Family Life Center, located at 208 NW Second Street, with festivities getting underway at 6 p.m. This year the chamber is “Celebrating Texas Style.” Angie Krick will be at the piano while dinner is being served. The chamber board of directors has announced that the Business of the Year Award will go to Sonic, CareFlite will be recognized with the Community Service Award and Audrey Johnson has been chosen for the Distinguished Citizen Award. Judge Brad Henley has been selected as the Hall of Fame honoree.

Hubbard Chamber Sets Banquet, Recognizes 2021 Award Winners The Greater Hubbard Chamber of Commerce has announced that its annual banquet will be held at 6 p.m. Saturday, May 8, at the Haralson Family Life Center. After last year s banquet was canceled due to COVID-19, the board of directors is planning to bring the event back by “Celebrating Texas Style,” which is this year s theme.
