Families. Whichever family it was relevant to. It is a really strange thing because i didnt feel i have to go to the fbi didnt want to go to the fbi because i didnt think wed get to the families. When i went directly to the families, they many times all the time or happy to have the spirit of what are they going to do with the information once you get it.
