Police say the 19yearold was walking down 10th street when three teens started following him. Police say one of them began punching him. Another with a pipe in his hand started yelling isis. There was a third teen with a baseball bat in his hands. They ran off when they noticed a witness watching aefrlg unfold. We spoke to that witness. He ran to me and said these kids are trying to hurt me. I was like, who . I thought they were your friends. Not sure what the relationship was. And then they ran that way when they saw him talking to me. And then young mans cousin came out and she chased them. Reporter and he tells us that victim had a pretty big bruise right here on the top of his head. He was not taken to the hospital and is expected to be okay.
