A 22yearold syrian refugee was back in court for a Pretrial Hearing after being charged with inappropriately touching a 13yearold girl earlier this month at this pool in lowell. The teen told police he approached her, touched her upper leg and asked her age. She told him she was too young for him and walked away. He the around the pool.
