The Hawk Eye WEST BURLINGTON The view in West Burlington will change when a weathered old water tank comes down, replaced by a new, elevated water tower expected to be completed in June 2022. Boomerang Corp., of Anamosa, has started work on the nearly $4.9 million tower project at the West Burlington Public Works Department, 2000 W.
