Okay. I appreciate that. I will be supporting the ordinance. I do think that there seems to be a dispute whether there was outreach to the carriers. I certainly had my own share of fights with telecom, big one with at t over the legislation we did around the boxes and even though we had a fundamental disagreement with them we sent them the legislation. We invited them in. We took the feedback. We accepted a few ideas they had even though we continued have disagreements.
