And then of course stakeholder outreach needs to be part of each step of this. Just want to close with a couple thoughts on how to first of all make sure that the benefits of the Investment Program are distributed equitably and monitoring to make sure that impacts are also distributed equitably. There are a couple models that we could look to for making sure that benefits are distributed equitably. There is the cap and trade program as an example which sets aside a certain percentage of any given line item to communities of concern. Thats one thing we can look to. We could prioritize investment towards communities of concern until certain performance targets are reached. And then on the distribution of impact side as we are monitoring
