Two adults and a child were killed after their vehicle was hit by a Metra train Sunday evening on the Far South Side, officials said. About 5 p.m., an inbound train collided with a vehicle at West 107th Street and South Vincennes Avenue in the East Beverly neighborhood, according to officials. The car ended up near 103rd Street after being pushed by the Rock Island District line train, Metra spokeswoman Meg Reile said.
