Reporter fsus president John Thrasher just released a statement saying right now the school is trying to make sense of what is a senseless incident. It all happened just after midnight in and around the universitys library. At the time it was still packed with students and employees as you can see from some of the picks insides the library taken after the shooting. At least three people were wounded before police came across the gunman near the Library Entrance. They ordered him to drop his weapon. Treatment that was ordered by a judge. Now, this cell phone video shows adesanya punching secret service dogs after jumping the white house fence last october. He made it 20 yards past the fence before he was taken down by canines. It was one of several fence jumping igs dents that incidents that focused on White House Security and the fence itself. And now we are learning of changes that are on the way. In the coming weeks, pointy steel spikes will be bolted on top of the existing fence. Up for mass testing in areas where coronavirus cases are rising thats london, kent and essex regardless of whether pupils have symptoms. The Health Secretary matt hancock has said the biggest rise in cases in these areas was among 11 to 18 year olds. Sarah campbell reports from dagenham in east london.
