Greece, of course, is made for such island-hopping adventures (it has more than 6,000 islands, for a start). The report found that 54% of Europeans are hoping to travel either domestically or to another European country by July. The report also found that 1 in 3 Europeans believe that the most feasible period for their next trip is between May and June. The majority of respondents said they would feel more relaxed if their destination had strict health and safety protocols. Spain and Italy were the most popular destinations among European travelers.
