The situation here with each passing minute, dramatically improving, one of the things of note, arthel, it is now above freezing. When the sun sets, the temperatures are going to plummet into the 20s. Theres not a great deal of floodwater. Take a look over my shoulder and you can see on the main streets here, just off the bay and there is not a great deal of flooding. Most of all of the water has receded. So that floodwater freezing is not an issue. The situation here 24 hours ago was very, very different. Take a look at this video recorded not far from where i am now standing and you can actually see water pouring out of the bay flooding the nearby streets.
