Meet CHARLOTTE    Charlotte is a beautiful muted tortie with plenty of tortitude! Charlotte was rescued from the streets with the rest of her siblings during a trap/neuter/release project. She and her siblings were friendly and were referred to SICAW for adoption. Charlotte is currently living with her foster mom who enjoys spoiling her with plenty of treats & toys!
