As soon as it is able to be enrolled in Hill Parlance and sent over to the white house, we are expecting the president to sign this before midnight. Ideally, sometimes, as ally knows well it, can take a little bit of a while to do all of these logistics to make sure it is already for the president s signature. But that is the plan. In the end, more democrats supported this bill in the house than republicans. Proving bipartisanship was the best answer all along. I want to thank my colleagues here in the senate, especially our appropriators. Madam president Susan Collins and leader mcconnell.
