BATH Steuben County has eclipsed 500 active COVID-19 cases with 155 residents testing positive for COVID-19 since Saturday, the Steuben County Public Health Department said Monday night.
This brings the total to 2,887 confirmed cases, 530 of which are currently active. The 155 new cases represent the county s highest three-day total since the pandemic began.
“We simply cannot sustain this type of increase in our county, said Public Health Director Darlene Smith. Please reconsider your holiday plans, personal choices, destinations and who you gather with.”
