Affordable housing is on the minds of nearly every bay area resident. And supervisor peskin proposes a 100 affordable alternative including a housing and Small Business preservation. Under the plan theres no demolition of existing housing or Small Businesses. He says this along with prop c will help the citys housing issue. Locally were trying to adopt an alternative that will use 240 underused sites for the development of 100 Affordable Housing. Reporter prop c is on San Franciscos june 7 ballot. It would be a measure to impose Affordable Housing requirements. A yes vote for prop c would support changing the citys charter to increase requirements for

They are securing the building and it has a hole where they pulled a vehicle out. The scene looks like something out of an earthquake rescue. This all began sometime before midnight when police got into a chase with a bmw. It is unclear why they were following that car in the first place. But it reached speeds of 140 miles an hour. Lafayette Police Reportedly broke off the chase. The bmw is going eastbound on 24 and it took the offramp to 680 southbound and lost control and then flew off the overpass. T
