Reporter he tells fox 29 and weve confirmed that Philadelphia Police investigat investigators believe some of the teens involved in the fatal beating of kevin cullen novembee who attacked him five days earlier and four blocks away. He was walking to work near ditman and aldeen in the mid afternoon when four teens approached, one of them asked for his cell phone. When he refused he bear hugged me from behind, and then he pick me up and he slammed me to the street and then they all started to kick me and punch me. Reporter Good Samaritan inter every interrupted the beating and ran off the attackers. Still he was hospitalized with scrapes and bruises. Police have arrested one teen in the attack.
