welcome, everybody. we begin on the unofficial first day of the summer travel season. and you better pack your patience. 42 million americans will take to the skies this memorial day weekend. experts think it could be one of the busiest on record. now, the white house is pushing to avoid another flight mare like last year. president biden is touting his effort to compensation travelers for flight delays, quote, ledezma up for travelers this memorial day weekend. we launched flight rights.gov. if the flight was cancelled or delayed, check the dashboard to see how you could be compensated. transportation secretary pete buttigieg thinks it will serve as a big test for the airline system. this weekend will be a test of the system and i think all of us have airline stories from last summer and the disruptions that took place then, cancellation and delay rates were at unacceptable proportions last year, and it s important that that not happen again. all right. so pete buttigieg
taken from that search. and it reveals the shear scale of government documents found in that former president s personal home more than a year and a half after he left office. and among what was seized, we know more than 100 documents had classified markings along with more than 11,000 government documents and photographs without the markings. intermingled with gifts and clothing among other things. and keep in mind this is after trump s attorney signed a statement saying everything had been turned over. kara scannell, walk us through what we ve learned. i think it was how many of these documents were, 33 boxes and containers, some from the former president s own personal al office at mar-a-lago and some from the storage room. and there is a distinction there because the storage room is where the fbi was initially told these records were and when they executed the search warrant, they found out that there was more evidence in the former president s office. so if you just ev
