[laughter] that s the big mistake we made under reagan was we deferred the tax cuts. and if you know they re going to cut taxes next year, what do you do this year? defer all the income you possibly can to next year, and that s why we had the deep recession in 81 and 82. they shouldn t make that mistak. now. no, big reform, mega-tax reform takes time. but we could do one thing right away. we can cut that corporate tax rate from 35% to 15% just right away to get the economy jump-started, and that s what i
