On the left, a volkswagen sedan, chp says the female driver was the solo passenger in the car and driving the wrongway on northbound 101 when she crashed into a taxi killing the driver, two passengers, and herself. At this time, we are looking into whether seat belts were being used within that taxicab. It does appear one of the passengers was ejected from the vehicle due to the collision.
