We learned today several bay area Fire Departments are sending trucks and fire crews to the wall fire to help on the fire lines. Across california right now this are approximately 5,000 firefighters. Firefighters put out hot spots in rodeo where a brush fire burned near interstate 80. That fire started yesterday. There is no word on the cause of that fire. Lets head over to meteorologist Rosemary Orozco with a look at the hot conditions. Unrelenting heat out there this afternoon. Temperatures are going above 100 degrees for some of the hottest spots. Heat advisories for portions of the valley all the way from areas near redding down past modesto and it does include the area where firefighters are fighting that fire right now. 17 contained.
