Michigan Medicine begins vaccinating teens at the Big House

ANN ARBOR, MI Cartoon and video game-themed masks adorned the faces of kids at the Big House Friday during the first day Michigan Medicine began vaccinating children age 12-15 against COVID-19.
A mix of around 600 adults and teens were vaccinated inside the Jack Roth Stadium Club on the third floor of Michigan Stadium Friday, May 14.
Clague Middle School graduate Leela Ramaswami recently celebrated her 14th birthday and received a belated present on Friday with her first dose of the Pfizer vaccine. Leela’s visit to Michigan Stadium marked her and her family’s next step to a return to normalcy, she said.

Hometown hat trickers - The Bison of Bethany College lacrosse are 1-1 this early season, having beaten Franciscan 19-6, then lost to Westminster 16-7.
Aarin “Big Cat” Burton scored six goals with two assists in the win over Franciscan, while his hometown running mate
Andre Currie had a goal and an assist. In the loss to Westminster, Currie had three goals and an assist, while Burton had a goal and an assist. Both athletes are straight outta Cape and are playing attack. Fellow Cape grad
