A Quiet Community an hour north of chicago became the focus of a manhunt that grew all day and continues as we speak. Our ryan young joins us from fox lake. Whats the latest on the search . Reporter anderson, this is a massive search. Weve seen more officers come into the area. Now were about ten hours into the search and you can see officers moving behind me even as im talking. K9 officers, officers on horseback, in atvs, in helicopters and even in boats. About a half mile from my location, an officer was responding to the area where there was a suspicious call for three men. When he arrived, he found the two men and the one black male all in the back of a business and then all of a sudden something happened, a shot was fired and officer gliniewicz was killed.
