Bahl joins a series of former executives of BharatPe who have moved to launch their own startups and venture capital funds like OTP Ventures, OTPLess and GrowthCap Ventures
Koladiya had moved the HC claiming that he had transferred these shares to Grover, but the latter did not pay him. Last year, the court noted Grovers statement that he “will not create any third-party interest in the suit shares and in any rights that accrue to him as a consequence thereof”.
The Delhi High Court on Tuesday issued a restraining order against Ashneer Grover, the former Managing Director of BharatPe, preventing him from creating any third-party interests or rights in the 16,110 shares transferred to him by the fintech .
BharatPe co-founder, Bhavik Koladiya had moved the High Court arguing that he transferred his shares to Ashneer Grover in December 2022 but that Grover never paid him for the same.
