Westford seniors weather change at alternative prom
WESTFORD It s a night of gowns and glamour.
But this year, for Westford Academy, the tradition of senior prom also meant golf, and some a mean cornhole tournament.
Attending the alternative prom, held May 25-27 at Kimball Farm, seniors found an unusual end for an unusual year marked by COVID restrictions, and uncertainty mixed with hope. Definitely different
Among those attending on May 25 was Westford Academy senior Bradley Walk, and Littleton High School senior Valerie Crory.
As they pitched a game of cornhole, Walk said, I think it s definitely different, but everyone s glad we still get to have a prom.
