Paradigm for Parity® Coalition Announces First CEO, Sandra Quince

Today, the Paradigm for Parity® coalition announced that Sandra Quince has been appointed the coalition’s first-ever CEO. Sandra is currently a Senior Vice President in the Global Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) organization at Bank of America. The bank is a long-time member of the coalition, and as an extension of its commitment, is sponsoring Sandra to join the coalition as part of Bank of America’s Leader on Loan Program.
