Today, the Paradigm for Parity® coalition announced that Sandra Quince has been appointed the coalition’s first-ever CEO. Sandra is currently a Senior Vice President in the Global Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) organization at Bank of America. The bank is a long-time member of the coalition, and as an extension of its commitment, is sponsoring Sandra to join the coalition as part of Bank of America’s Leader on Loan Program.
“We are very excited to welcome Sandra Quince to the Paradigm for Parity® coalition and look forward to her leadership and vision as we continue to work with companies around the world to implement our action plan and toolkit, and close the gender gap for women of all races, ethnicities and backgrounds,” said Ellen Kullman, Co-Chair of the Paradigm for Parity® coalition and the CEO of Carbon. “Working for one of the world’s largest companies, Sandra has a keen understanding of the intersectionality between race and gender equality, and firsthand experience tackling some of the barriers that impact women’s advancement. We are grateful to Bank of America for its long-time support and partnership as we work to get more women into leadership positions in the corporate world.”
