Entering 2023 with high-hopes off of a two-year-old campaign that saw her walk away an O’Brien Award winner for two-year-old trotting fillies in 2022, Righteous Resolve proved to be no one-hit wonder as she bids to add her second O’Brien Award trophy following her sophomore campaign.
North America’s top sophomore trotters were on display on Saturday, Sept. 16 at Woodbine Mohawk Park, the fillies in two $35,000 eliminations of the Elegantimage while the colts contested a pair of $40,000 Canadian Trotting Classic splits.
Prohibitive 1-9 favourite Righteous Resolve, Canada’s fastest trotting two-year-old of 2022, once again showed her class in taking her division's $225,000 Ontario Sires Stakes (OSS) Gold Super Final on Saturday night (Oct. 15) at Woodbine Mohawk Park.
