The fbi at this point. They are the lead investigators here. Those agents arrived here early this morning on the east side of san jose. They have been packaging a lot of the merchandise inside of this home. We have heard the rolling of the tape all morning. Neighbors say theyre somewhat surprised but then again not really. Agents with the fbi are loading, leading this investigation. Theyre here with agents from the riaa that is the Recording Industry association of america. They have been packing and taping empty boxes, supposedly with that pirated music. Neighbors tell me thats what they have been doing inside the home for more than two years, pirating cds and perhaps dvds. Fbi spokeswoman in San Francisco has not gotten back to us on what theyre looking for or what they have found. We have not heard back from her. Neighbors, though, have been looking on.
