Oftentimes we hear gunshots around here but you dont see any Police Action so the minute i saw the police, i thought, wow. Reporter Oakland Police said a 2monthold toddler was shot once while in a car with her mother on outlook avenue. Investigators dont know yet whether it was unprovoked or an exchange of gunfire between two cars. We are looking in to see what led up to the shooting, what was the motive for the shooting, was there any type of exchange of gunfire. We do not know that at this time.
