This wednesday and we will begin in kentucky were grand jury has chosen not to charge the 3 Louisville Police officers for their role in the death of brianna taylor. Taylor was shot multiple times by officers who burst into her home on march 13th while conducting a no knock warrant in a narcotics investigation. Prosecutors say 2 of the officers who fired their weapons were justified in using force because they were protecting themselves. However, former officer seen here Brett Hankinson who was fired earlier this year for his role in the shooting was charged with 3 counts of wanton endangerment which means extreme indifference to the value of human life. But this was for firing into the apartments of taylors neighbors. These long awaited charges were immediately met with frustration and disappointment.
