Katsuyama. Reporter federal immigration and customs say when Juan Francisco Lopez Sanchez was arrested in San Francisco thursday it wasnt the first time he had been in county jail. Police arrested him on homicide charges after wednesdays random shooting on pier 14 after kate stinely who had been out taking a walk with her father. Lopez sanchez has seven felony con vic, four involving narcotics and three for felony reentry. I. C. E. Agents took him into custody when he was released from prison. They handed him over to San Francisco Sheriff Department for an Outstanding Police warrant. He was deemed a threat to i. C. E. Took custody. The detainer was not honored. The sheriffs Legal Council says Lopez Sanchez was released from jail on april 15th.
