COLUMBUS, Ind. – Columbus Police Department ( CPD) officers Brian Wilder, Angie Owens, Frank Dickman, and Ben Quesenbery were reunited Friday night with Emma Baxter during the annual Lincoln Center Skate Club’s Ice Show at Hamilton Center. It was a much happier get-together than the last time they met.
The officers came to the skating star’s aid after she was attacked and seriously injured in the Hamilton Center parking lot last fall as she arrived to work as a skating instructor. She had been stabbed during the early morning hours of Friday, October 22, 2020. Baxter was flown to an Indianapolis hospital for treatment of her injuries and later recuperated at home.
