We have an air quality alert in effect until 11 00 p. M. Out there. If you have any type of heart or lung condition you would want to avoid any type of strenuous activity outdoors into the evening hours. These are the storms we have been talking about, one blew up right near the George Washington bridge, affected inwood, parts of the bronx and then moved into parts of queens. That has since weakened.
