Retreat from Home is a monthly online event that combines the practices of yoga and life drawing to create a relaxing escape in the comfort of your own home. To begin, an instructor will guide you through a 50-minute
yoga session to build some energy and heat before participants fl ow through to a more refl ective, meditative, relaxing practise. Following the yoga session, students will take a short break to grab their drawing materials, before settling to draw. The event is being presented by London Drawing Group (LDG).
