Ramos is charged with arson, endangering another person, aggravated assault, abuse of a corpse, criminal conspiracy and tampering with evidence. He is being held in the Beaver County Jail on a $300,000 bond, according to online court records.
Police have issued warrants for two other individuals in connection with the case: Ana Cecelia de Mireles, 43, of Big Beaver, and Raul Manuel Rivera-Arroyo, 32, also of Big Beaver. They are facing the same charges as Ramos.
Both of them are believed to have fled the areas and are considered armed and dangerous, police said.
The three suspects are accused of being involved in the shooting death of 26-year-old Rolando Contreras, who was living in Moon and previously lived in Texas. He had been shot in the head, body and pelvis.

The fire broke out after 6 a.m. Sunday at a house in Big Beaver, WTAE is reporting.
While battling the blaze, firefighters found the body of a 26-year-old Rolando Contreras inside the home, reports indicate.
The Beaver County Coroner’s Office was on the scene and told WPXI Contreras had multiple gunshot wounds to the head and body, according to reports.
The fire had started on the first floor of the home on the 1000 block of Shenango Road and spread to the second floor and attic, The Beaver County Times is reporting. Crews extinguished the blaze in about an hour.
Two found dead in Ambridge home; suspect in custody

AMBRIDGE A woman is in custody awaiting criminal charges in connection with a fatal double shooting in the borough.
Ambridge police responded around 1:30 p.m. Monday to a report of a shooting in the 900 block of Maplewood Avenue and found two people dead in a residence.
Beaver County District Attorney David Lozier said police took an adult woman into custody at the home shortly after the incident. Names of those involved will not be released until the Beaver County Coroner’s Office notifies the next of kin.
“As of this time, we are not looking at any other suspects,” Lozier said at a news conference. He expects criminal charges to be filed soon.
