Ramos is charged with arson, endangering another person, aggravated assault, abuse of a corpse, criminal conspiracy and tampering with evidence. He is being held in the Beaver County Jail on a $300,000 bond, according to online court records.
Police have issued warrants for two other individuals in connection with the case: Ana Cecelia de Mireles, 43, of Big Beaver, and Raul Manuel Rivera-Arroyo, 32, also of Big Beaver. They are facing the same charges as Ramos.
Both of them are believed to have fled the areas and are considered armed and dangerous, police said.
The three suspects are accused of being involved in the shooting death of 26-year-old Rolando Contreras, who was living in Moon and previously lived in Texas. He had been shot in the head, body and pelvis.
