Little bit so its now a Tropical Storm which happens often after landfall, but from the new orleans area all of the way north through the entire state of louisiana people are bracing for rivers to rise, levies to still over until the waterses r seed. The city of new orleans put it right in the crosshairs of the storm, but it was spared a direct hit. People living outside the city are now seeing water covering their roads and their bridges being closed for safety and theyre expecting to have more floodwaters coming and potentially staying high for several days. Heres one cautious bit of optimism from emergency officials. So far each though some levees have been overtopped not a single one in louisiana has been breached or broken.
