Under its consent conditions it is not allowed to create “an objectionable or offensive odour to the extent that it causes an adverse effect at or beyond the boundary of the site”. At various times over the five-week period the council received complaints from residents of Taradale, Greenmeadows, Meeanee and Awatoto.
