To fentanyl, leading to several deaths last year and seven cisco. Our reporter has been following that for the last year and joins us now. Reporter drugs on the street could be contaminated with fentanyl. We suspect the three men who died could have been poisoned by the same batch. A Security Guard at the urban school in San Francisco made a startling discovery. Three men lying motionless in these doorways steps from the school in the cities duxbury district. The Police Arrived on the scene but it was too late. Medical examiners are trying to determine what caused their death. Police say they are still else is there is no signs of health light. Public Health Officials say they suspect a man died from fentanyl poisoning. Fentanyl is a synthetic opioid 50 times stronger than heroine, and 100 times stronger than morphine. In 2016, 22 people in San Francisco died a fentanyl overdose, a 50 increase over 2015. Police say it is rare to have three deaths at once. They say they are looking at t
