Reporter reporter Alison Parker and photographer adam ward were ambushed and killed live on the air wednesday morning [ shots ] by a disgruntled former employee of the station. That employee was a fellow journalist. Reporter Vester Flanagan went by the name Bryce Williams while reporting for the station. The 41yearold was fired two years ago. Theyre the ones who go down into the rubble and try to see if they can find anybody who might still be alive. They think they are in the process of rescuing four people. Im not sure how many adults, how many children. It seems four people are still down there. They are shipping oxygen tanks down there. They are shipping medical supplies, anything they can provide to keep those folks alive and hope they can get to them in time. The president announced hes evacuating hospitals with the minor damage and transferring them to other facilities. There are tons of volunteers. There are tons of medical supplies.
