Also the number of injured and does mexico have the infrastructure to keep these volunteers working. This is going to be a tedious process that could stretch for days. They are dispatching medicine and insulin and whatever they feel that some of these victims need. Theres thousands of volunteers. Everything they can get ahold of. What about in terms of international help. Are you starting to see sochl that pour in to help with some of these rescue efforts in a more organized manner.
