Baxter Dury History and Biography
Baxter Dury is an English indie rock singer-songwriter and musician from Wingrave, Buckinghamshire. He is the son of Ian Dury, who rose to fame during the late 1970s in the punk and new wave era of rock music, and his leading role in the Blockheads.
Dury released his debut album, Len Parrot s Memorial Lift, in 2002, which was followed by Floor Show in 2005, Happy Soup in 2011 and It s A Pleasure in 2014. Prince of Tears dropped in October 2017 and was supported by extensive UK and European touring. His latest LP, The Night Chancers , landed in March 2020.
