Lives a few blocks from the murder scene near woodbridge high school. His name is 20yearold Kawain Tyrell Smalls. He lives on dulles on dulcinea place. Dulcinea place. Hes charged with murder and firearms in commission of a felony. Its not the first time hes been arrested and what led police to him, he has been charged in the past with robbery, attempted robbery, buying stolen goods, even identity theft. Were told that smalls and wilson were acquainted with one another. Cant say they were friends and that the murder might have been drug related.
