UK online florist Bloom & Wild has acquired Bloomon, its competitor from the Netherlands. Both companies will continue operating under their respective brand names. With the acquisition, the new group will be active in eight countries across Europe.

The group expects 8 million deliveries this year.
The combined business expects to exceed 8 million deliveries across Europe in 2021. It also expects to achieve 250 million euros in revenue this financial year.
