Forced to close after a huge mess. Details overnight. An investigation is underway right now after a driver turns in front of a squad car as it was responding to an emergency. It happened at the intersection of federal and 88th. 9news reporter noel brennan has been there all morning. Noel the driver was killed and the officer is in the hospital . There is a ton of debris in the middle of this intersection right now as investigators are acttively working, trying to pinpoint what happened with this accident. Heres what police say it all started at about 1 15 this morning. They say an officer was responding to a disturbance call involving a gun.
