The popular video-streaming service is an excellent resource for child-centered channels that make yoga and meditation approachable. While there are plenty of excellent videos to choose from, the yogis featured here make fitness fun and teach mindfulness and meditation in ways that will have your little one looking forward to sitting still or moving on their mats.

One of the biggest names in this space, Cosmic Kids Yoga has more than 1 million subscribers and publishes new content every week. Jamie and Martin Amor, along with a team of friends who drop in from time-to-time, aim to keep yoga and mindfulness lighthearted by taking kids on adventures with poses sprinkled along the way.
