Day or who owns the temple mount and he knows it. He does not believe he can negotiate these issues because you make the point that resonates why should we give up the west bank in return for something that is less that leaves these issues open and festering . So he goes to the un. That question you have to ask yourself a strategy for the palestinian issue that leaves the Democratic State state, what has to be the prime is really interest in a deal with the palestinians . Is it getting them to renounce the hard help position like right of return and the temple mount or is it getting it out of the west bank with Adequate Security provisions . If the latter i think it is possible with american help perhaps in the International Arena but maybe bilateral to make progress of a twostate solution to leave the heavy narrative issues like the temple mount 3,000 years old to leave them for the future that this is the only chance i see today. And frankly you have not been oriented in this directi
They are out there were out there raising the money they need. Its been a brutal campaign. Toare all looking forward fancy farm. Its a very run munches rambunctious crowd. Partisans tog the have some decorum today heard. The crowd is very enthusiastic and pumped up. Thats what really matters and makes this the spirit. I have run into several people that are coming to their first fancy farm picnic. All across the state who have not made the trip, give us a feel of what this is all about. Some of the preevents. There are fundraisers and breakfasts and dinners and all that. Give us a bit about that. Party, ourrepublican presence has grown in western kentucky over the past couple decades. When it used to be we would get together, our crowds would be a dozen people. Down athave an event the state park and we had 300400 people. It is indicative of the growing conservativism in west kentucky. This event is one of those Political Rights of passage. Nobody knows that better than Mitch Mcconnell
And she said, well i will vote for you. And that is what you want for the state. Not a rubberstamp for barack obama. Chance why he wants her in the senate as his proxy. Of georgiahe people deserve better, and in georgia the name of those failed policies, again, is Michelle Nunn. Can i get a rebuttal to that . Purdue, forgive me, but i dont believe you. I am the true outsider in this race, and i dont have any political it a local connections, and i am the true outsider. We have to move on, or can i answer that . You can answer that. To be partery proud of the Republican Party, and many people have said it the message is resonating them. Resonating with them. I want to talk about Michelle Nunn, though. Two and ais killing half million jobs, and he has loaded up 7 trillion of more debt with nothing to show for it on the jobs front. We have fewer people working today than at any time since jimmy carter was president , and in georgia, 400,000 more people had to go on food stamps than actual
Heres how that happens. When we compromise our conservative, traditional values, we lose every time. I believe in this race south dakota needs a voice. This is very much about who is going to support south dakota. And in the process, we can be an example to the entire country, and even to the United States senate. I believe the partisan rancor we see in the United States senate is despicable, and the people we are talking around the state to are telling us they are weary of the Republican Party and a democrat party. They are wary because they have not been telling them the truth. That is why i believe this race is about truth. This race is about trust. In the next United States senator from south dakota must be someone south dakotans can trust and restore trust and integrity to the senate. Thank you. Mr. Pressler, to you, is this race about representing south dakota or taking control of the u. S. Senate . It is about south dakota as far as i am concerned. I have a plan to start a postt
Reason to do nothing. In fact, it has been pretty productive. I think the vast majority of my members would rather make progress on things that they think the country needs to be dealt with them not. But, in our system, the president is the most important player because of the obvious constitutional advantage he has and it would require his complicity to do that. And he has been protected from having to do that the last four years by the Dysfunctional Senate which doesnt pass anything, doesnt send him anything that he doesnt like. Now, he will have a congress that will be more challenging for him but the choice is really his. Im hoping that he will decide to move to the center. Ted cruz declined whether he would say he would support you for majority leader. Did he pledges support to you . Let me make a prediction for you, a week from tomorrow, i will be elected majority of the senate. Thanks, everyone. [captioning performed by the national captioning institute, which is responsible for
